Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Weekly Mowing

Sharp, even cut on a steady weekly rhythm — front, back, side yards, edged borders, walks blown clean.

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing on a fixed day. Sharp blades, mulch-cut by default, bagging on request. Cut height bumped up in July and August so the Bermuda and St. Augustine hold moisture through Texas summer. Edged at every visit, walks and drives blown clean before we leave.

  • Landscape Services

Bed design, plant installs, hardscape, mulch and rock — the full landscape side, not just maintenance.

Bed redesigns, perennial and shrub installs, decorative-rock and stone work, low-voltage lighting, and small drainage fixes. We walk the yard with you, sketch what we hear, and put a price on it before we touch anything. Most projects are 1–3 day jobs; bigger builds we phase across two visits.

  • Edging & Trimming

Clean, deliberate edges along beds, walks, and drives — and string-trim around fences, posts, and trees.

Power-edged borders that stay sharp for the full week, careful trim work around mailboxes, trees, and fence lines, and a final pass with the blower so nothing carries over to the patio or the street.

Starts at $30 · per visit

  • Seasonal Leaf Cleanup

Live-oak drop in spring, pecan and elm in fall — bagged, blown out of beds, gutters cleared from the ground.

Round Rock has two leaf seasons — the live-oak drop in March, and the pecan/cedar-elm dump from October through December. We bag and haul, blow leaves out of foundation beds, and clear gutters from the ground where we can reach.

  • Mulch Refresh

Hardwood, cedar, or dyed black — installed at the right depth so the beds look fresh and the weeds give up.

Bulk-delivered mulch (or bagged, your call), hand-spread to a consistent 2–3 inches around plants and trees with a clean edge against the lawn. We pull out last year’s clumped mulch first if it needs it. Most beds run $120–$280 in materials and labor.

  • Hardscape & Pavers

Patios, walkways, and small retaining walls — proper base, polymeric sand, edges that hold through Texas heat.

Concrete pavers, flagstone, and decomposed-granite walkways set on a compacted base with a geotextile underlayment. Small retaining walls in segmental block. We do the boring foundational work right so the surface stays level a decade later.

  • Sod & Lawn Renewal

Bermuda, zoysia, or St. Augustine — graded, laid, rolled, and a watering schedule you can actually follow.

Soil prep, light grading, fresh sod laid in a brick-pattern with tight seams, rolled in, and a printed three-week watering schedule taped to your fridge. We check root contact at week two and replace any pieces that did not take.

  • Sprinkler Tune-Ups

Spring start-up, summer adjustments, fall blow-out — and we fix the head you keep meaning to call about.

Seasonal start-up and shutdown, head replacements, broken-line repairs, controller programming for Round Rock’s watering schedule, and a walk-through with you to make sure every zone is hitting what it should.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
