The Grandview view
Most lawn crews look at one thing: the lawn. We walk both views — the one your neighbors see from the street, and the one you see from your kitchen window. Both have to read clean, or the yard is not done.
What we do
Pick one service or all of them. We do the boring foundational work right so the lawn keeps looking good between visits.

Why the name says “Solutions”
Most folks come to us for weekly mowing. Six months in, they ask about a bed, a patio, a sod patch. The crew already knows the property — so the second job costs less and lands faster.
What we do every visit, no matter what else is going on.
The two big resets a Round Rock yard needs every year.
One-off builds — quoted on-site, finished in 1–3 days.
How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.
You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.
Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

Most of these are weekly customers. The lawn looks like this between our visits — that’s the point.

Where the truck goes
Round Rock is the home base. Each weekday we run a tight loop — Cedar Park and Leander on Mondays, Pflugerville and Hutto Tuesdays, Georgetown Wednesdays, north Austin Thursdays, Round Rock all week. Tight routes mean we are rarely more than fifteen minutes from your driveway.
In their words
Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.
Found them through Nextdoor and they came out the next morning. Quoted weekly mowing plus a one-time bed cleanup right on the spot — no upsell games. The yard has held that look for two months now.

We had three crews bid the front-yard hardscape. Grandview was the only one that asked about drainage off the driveway before talking price. Patio has been down a year and the joints are still tight.

Reliable on a Hutto cul-de-sac where most people get skipped. Same crew, same day each week. They text the night before if rain is going to push us. Easy people to work with.
